This is LCD issue so ignor it

Monitor Had invert picture like
negative and i also note one more
point that screen is white(should be black) with own OSD when i trun off
the windows Xp.
Now its looks faulty panel

I need service manual too.

You dont need servis manual. Get in the monitors menu and press reset (factory) . If that does not help then you can throw him to garbage.
Simple way of problem resolving ...Isn't it so?

But i need to know reall issue regarding the fault.
Is there any way to test panel by him self in samsung?As i read training manual of panasonic lcd have the feature of self testing.
